I believe a filler such as Juvederm or Restylane injected into your right nostril area could help fill it out and give you a more symmetrical appearance. Both of these filers are made of hyaluronic acid but the results aren’t permanent. The filler should last approximately 9 months to a year and the you will want to have more injected to maintain the results. Either filler is a great non surgical option that will address your concerns. I recommend scheduling a complimentary consultation with me to discuss your options.

Chemical peels can definitely help to fade any scarring and you could try a light chemical peel to see if that helps. If it does, then you could try a deeper peel, if needed. I would suggest protecting your skin by using sunblock everyday so the scar doesn’t get worse. I also recommend using skincare products that can help lighten your scar. You will want to look for products that contain skin lightening ingredients such as hydroquinone, glycolic acid, vitamin C, and retinol. With the right skincare treatments and products your scar will fade and lighten.
Microneedling with PRP definitely isn’t like a relaxing facial and it can tend to sting and burn a little during the procedure. It shouldn’t feel as painful as you’re describing it though. I always have my patients put on a topical numbing cream before the treatment. I advise my patients to keep the numbing cream on for at least 45 minutes before we start the microneedling with PRP. The numbing cream I use has a mixture of Benzocaine, Lidocaine and Tetracaine and it greatly reduces any pain associated with the treatment. I would recommend that you ask for a topical numbing cream similar to the one I use to be applied to your skin at least 45 minutes before your procedure. You could also start taking Arnica pellets the day of your procedure. Hopefully that helps to substantially reduce the pain during your next treatment!

Yes, microneedling can definitely help with lessening the appearance of your surgical facial scars and it’s much less downtime than most laser treatments. I would recommend combining the microneedling with PRP to get the best results. You may have heard of PRP being called a “vampire facial.” This procedure includes drawing blood from your arm, separating the platelet rich plasma (PRP) from your blood, and then injecting it into your skin via microneedling. Microneedling alone definitely helps to promote collagen and elastin production but when you combine it with PRP the results are even more effective!! They are more effective because platelets are the elements of the blood that initiate healing anytime you cut yourself. They are called growth factors. They can stimulate new blood vessel formation, collagen and cell growth. I highly recommend PRP with microneedling as I’ve personally seen dramatic results for my patients with surgical scars.

Yes, it definitely depends on which filler you choose. I like using Restylane,  for the tear trough area. You usually need 1 syringe per eye for the tear troughs.

I haven’t seen much of a difference in reducing or shrinking sagging skin with traditional liposuction versus Smart Lipo. And neither has been proven to actually be a skin tightening procedure. Both methods of liposuction can help to reduce stubborn areas of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise. Your abdominal skin actually appears to be very smooth and tight with little skin laxity. It also appears that your abdominal fat may be more of an intra-abdominal issue (fat that’s packed in between your organs and torso) than a subcutaneous fat (fat that lies underneath the skin) issue. I have seen cases where attempting liposuction on someone with smooth, tight skin to begin with, can actually cause it to look worse after. Or doing too much liposuction on a certain area can also cause a bad effect, producing a wrinkled, rippled appearance to the skin. I believe you could benefit from Smart Lipo to your hips back and flanks. I would recommend you see a qualified surgeon to assess you in person to determine if you’re a good candidate for liposuction to your abdominal region.

Although the swelling above your eyebrow appears minimal from your photos, I understand it’s bothering you, as it wasn’t there before your botox treatment. It normally takes 7 to 14 days for botox to take its full effect and you can have some swelling and bruising in the interim. I would suggest applying a topical Arnica cream to the swollen area and taking Bromelain tablets. I have found that using both Arnica and Bromelain, in conjunction, have greatly reduced the swelling and bruising for my patients after injectables. I’ve also observed it to speed up the healing time for the bruises and swelling to dissipate. I don’t feel you have any need to worry and hopefully your swelling has started to improve today. Please make sure to follow up with a qualified physician if your condition doesn’t improve.
I like using Juvederm and Restylane in the nasolabial folds. I believe you could also benefit from using a filler such as Juvederm Voluma or Restylane Lyft to your midface and cheek area. Injecting either of those fillers into the lateral cheek area tends to also fill the tear trough area, producing beautiful results! If your tear toughs still continue to appear hollow post injection, I’d recommend using Restylane, specifically for that area.

Because the skin under the eyes is very thin and delicate, you can tend to bruise and swell very easily. I would advise to start taking Arnica and Bromelain 1 to 2 days prior to your procedure and continue for 1 week after. I have found that using both Arnica pellets and Bromelain tablets, in conjunction, have greatly reduced the severity of bruising and swelling for my patients. You will also need to avoid any blood thinners or medications that thin the blood such as Aspirin, Advil, Aleve, Motrin, Ibuprofen, Fish Oil and Vitamin E at least 2 weeks prior to your treatment.

And as always, consult with the physician providing your treatment to ask what they specifically recommend.

It’s recommended to wait 2 weeks after most filler procedures and Hyaluronidase injections before you receive any kind of laser, microdermabrasion, or facial massage treatments. I would also recommend asking the provider who initially treated you what their post injection treatment protocol is.
Hi, thank you for your question. I would recommend waiting at least 24-28 hour after your injections before you engage in your training routine and wearing goggles. Anything that can make your heart rate go up can increase your chance for bruising. The filler itself will not be disturbed after approximately 24 hours. I hope that answers your question.

Thank you for your question.  Tumescent Liposuction is the best procedure to resolve your concerns with Love Handles.  The fluid otherwise known as tumescent is  used helps the with liposuction.  Flanks or Love handles are a fantastic area to have liposuction preformed and almost always resolve the patients concerns.
I hope that answers your question

Liposuction is a great procedure for your waistline, mons pubis, and flanks. Liposuction will give you the desired results for the lipodystrophy in those areas. Unfortunately, Liposuction will not be able to improve the stretchmarks. The dog ears can easily be revised during the liposuction procedure. Liposuction truly depends on the skill set of the surgeon performing it.
I hope that answers all of your questions and concerns
