Breast Implant Revision Surgery
Scottsdale AZ & Gilbert AZ
Breast implant revision surgery may be needed for several reasons years after breast implants.
About Breast Surgery Revision
Breast revision surgery includes replacing or removing breast implants. Implants are warrantied, and most begin to weaken after ten years. At that point, many women are thinking about removing the implants, usually for these reasons.
- They want a different breast size
- They want to switch from saline to silicone gel implants or vice-versa
- The existing implants are showing signs of rupture, leakage, or migration (or the woman is concerned about this)
- They want a breast lift
Weight loss or weight gain can change a woman’s body, and most women want a balance between their body and breast sizes, particularly as they get older.
